Villa Details

Oceanos Beach Villa offers Executive 5 bedroom accommodation for 10+ persons in a building that was designed with Greek-Aegean Architectural style. The views from the split level loft-like master bedroom are breathtaking. The other master bedroom offers a large walk-in double shower room with his and hers basins.

 

This villa has a very large infinity pool (12 x 4 metres) with Jacuzzi jets for hydro-massages and a large landscaped garden on two levels inspired by the Mediterranean climate, which overlooks the beach and the waves of the Mediterranean Sea. There are two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms in this contemporary style villa, all with their own full en-suite facilities. The bedrooms have been arranged in such a way that you have 1 master and 1 twin on one level, and, 1 master and 2 twin on another level in order to have as much privacy as possible should two families decide to rent the villa together. One of the master bedrooms is split on 2 levels like a one bedroom Loft apartment, with the ground level offering a cosy private sitting room, a WC cubical and a built-in double Jacuzzi room and shower which commands spectacular sea views even whilst in the bath using it. The upstairs split level loft area of the bedroom is where the double bed is situated and the ceiling is constructed like a Greek dome that gives an airy cool feeling. From the bed's position you enjoy spectacular sea views through a very large window. The other master bedroom offers a sizable shower room (1.5 x 1.3 metres, or, 5 x 3 feet) with double shower head, his and hers washing basins and large sliding doors with a comfortable veranda. From there, a staircase takes you firstly to a private section of the garden and then to the pool area.

 

The twin bedrooms all have something different and special to offer, from windows with breathtaking sea views to balconies with panoramic views. Oh, and those sunsets !!! The barbecue area is fully furnished for outdoor living. There is a large dinning table, a three piece sofa set and a large round double sun lounger with a fold-able cover. Below the overflow of the infinity pool, several matching large and comfortable sunbeds complete the picture. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village, two minutes away from Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town and Paphos Harbour. We are pleased to say that a complementary welcome pack consisting of several breakfast items, lots of seasonal fruit and wine is provided on arrival for all our guests.
